They assist in maintaining sanitation, calibrating equipment, and managing product releases, including placing non-compliant items on HOLD. The role involves routine communication with production teams, supporting food safety initiatives, and maintaining a safe work environment. The technician works in cold/wet conditions, requires physical activity such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, and must wear PPE. Experience in produce quality, basic math, computer skills, and bilingual ability in Spanish are preferred. Overtime, weekends, and travel may be needed. This position emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness.
