    QC Technician (Full Time) - Pensacola, FL
     
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

    If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you can learn the construction industry from the inside out, this is a great place to begin. As a QC Technician, you’ll help ensure our homes meet top-tier quality standards before they’re handed over to new owners. You’ll get to work with mechanical, electrical, structural, and finish trades while building real-world skills that set you up for long-term success in the industry.
     
    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Perform quality inspections on new homes and verify they meet company standards
    • Serve as the “fresh set of eyes” before homeowner orientations, ensuring every detail is ready
    • Work independently and take ownership of your daily tasks
    • Collaborate with several departments to help deliver an exceptional final product
    JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
    • 0–5 years of experience (construction experience is great but not required)
    • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
    • Someone proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn
    • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required 
    • Comfortable being on your feet and lifting 15+ lbs when needed
    • Willingness to travel frequently between job sites (<90% travel)
    • Residency in one of the following states is a requirement for the position: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Texas.
