Description

The Quality Control Manager will report to senior construction leadership and partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with company, client, and regulatory quality standards.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project quality control programs and procedures
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and site reviews across active construction projects
  • Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with field leadership to identify, track, and resolve quality deficiencies
  • Lead quality documentation, reporting, punch list management, and closeout activities
  • Support preconstruction and project teams with quality planning and risk mitigation strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused training programs

Profile

The ideal Quality Control Manager will bring a strong commercial construction background with a proven track record of driving quality assurance programs across ground-up and complex renovation projects. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of partnering with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure exceptional project delivery.

For the Quality Control Manager we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of quality control, quality assurance, project engineering, superintendent, or construction management experience
  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects including industrial, retail, office, multifamily, healthcare, institutional, or manufacturing developments
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, project specifications, and quality management processes
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, and corrective action programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area as required
