Seeking a QC Lab Technician to work Monday through Friday near Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves processing samples safely and efficiently, performing tests such as viscosity, oxidation, acid/base, IR, physical, Karl Fisher, and X-Ray, and documenting results accurately. Responsibilities include adjusting off-test products, approving materials, maintaining quality records and control charts, participating in training, and utilizing statistical methods for data review. The candidate must have an AS or BS in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields, with prior laboratory or bench experience. Duties also include lab blending, switchboard operation, and ensuring safety and good housekeeping. Only local candidates will be considered.
