QC Inspector

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QC Inspector to join our team in Houston, TX (77073). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a QC Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.

Night Shift 12 hour shift Monday - Friday and some Saturday's.
