Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of visual, dimensional, function inspections for incoming, in-process, and finished material/parts/products
- Follow SOPs and inspection plans to complete inspections of parts
- Initiate Nonconforming Material Reports or First Article Inspection Reports
Inform management and personnel of quality problems
- Assist in control of documents and records produced within Quality Control
Requirements:
- Must be able to read/write/understand English
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook email
Must have basic math skills
- Understanding of how to use digital multimeters, calipers, micrometers, pin gauges
- Strong attention to detail
- Communicate effectively
- Familiar with drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Understanding of statistical sampling preferred
