Job Description Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA testing initiatives within the Banking domain, ensuring full coverage and quality across all project deliverables.

  • Review and analyze business and functional requirements to design detailed test cases.

  • Manage and coordinate with stakeholders across teams to track progress and resolve blockers.

  • Drive defect triage meetings, ensuring timely closure of issues and maintaining QA documentation.

  • Perform both manual and automation testing, ensuring robust validation of system functionality.

  • Utilize JIRA/XRAY for test management, execution, and reporting.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and report test progress and risks proactively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of QA experience in the Banking Domain.

  • Strong ability to review and dissect requirements and translate them into test plans.

  • Proficiency in JIRA/XRAY for test management.

  • Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and exposure to Automation Testing.

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and defect triage processes.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
