Our client, a growing food manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled QA Supervisor in Salt Lake City, Utah, to oversee daily quality assurance operations ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA).
Supervise QA and food safety activities in production
Enforce GMP, HACCP, and other standards
Conduct audits, oversee quality testing, and support continuous improvement
Investigate customer complaints and maintain accurate documentation
Train QA staff and collaborate with production and sanitation teams
Support food safety initiatives and audits
Requirements include 5+ years in QA/food safety, leadership experience preferred, knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSMA, and auditing. A degree in Food Science or related field is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus. This is a direct-hire role with a salary of $55,000-$60,000 annually, working Monday to Friday, 5am-2pm, with occasional Sundays.
