JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Assistant is a multifunctional role with responsibilities both in quality assurance and new product development. This role supports production, operations, product development and R&D through accurate testing, data recording and reporting laboratory results. This role will evaluate and create color matches through lab castings and pigment checks. The Quality Assistant works closely with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to maintain product consistency, validate process control, and assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues.
The position plays a key role in maintaining Plaskolite’s commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement — in alignment with the “One Plaskolite” culture of integrity, teamwork, and operational excellence.
