Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Inspect raw materials and finished products according to inspection plans; make decisions on batch release or blocking.
Lead, manage, and coordinate the Quality Assurance department and its staff.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D) to ensure consistent, high-quality service and product delivery.
Communicate quality-related findings, interpretations, and reports to management and external customers.

Educational & Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control; experience in plastic manufacturing preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or German.
