QA/QC Program Engineer
Description:
Must-Have Skills- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in data centers or mission-critical construction projects.
- Strong Mechanical + Electrical (MEP) QA/QC expertise with hands-on knowledge of commissioning (Cx).
- Experience leading QA/QC and Commissioning programs.
- Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery models.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Knowledge of mission-critical power and cooling infrastructure.
- Experience with construction quality tools / BIM360 and managing issue closure.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across XFN teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Exposure to CSLA disciplines (Civil / Structural / Life Safety / Architectural context).
- Experience building QA dashboards, tracking matrices, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong coaching/training capability for field teams.
- Highly self-driven and able to make decisions independently.
