Job Description- Lead and oversee project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management plans for ground-up construction projects.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owners to address quality-related issues.
- Track deficiencies, corrective actions, and closeout requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review construction processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support commissioning activities and ensure quality standards are maintained through project completion.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence across all project teams.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of construction quality management, QA/QC, or related experience.
- Experience on ground-up light industrial, distribution, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects required.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building systems, and quality management processes.
- Experience conducting inspections, managing punch lists, and overseeing corrective action programs.
- Knowledge of commissioning processes and quality documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
