QA Coordinator, PeopleSoft

Quality Assurance Tester

This position is primarily responsible for:

• Act as a conduit between business SMEs and technical resources to create test suites and test plans
• Spearhead overall testing activities and coordinate different test phases of the project
• Perform test execution in test environments and validate parallel test results
• Create and manage test data, develop strategies and statues around test environments.
• Proactive defect reporting and retest
• Adhere to the prescribed QA strategy and processes.
• Work collaboratively with project and QA leads, ensure test coverage across all team projects
• Summarize test and project results and report the metrics on daily and weekly basis to leadership teams
• Bring QA industry best standards and provide testing guidelines
• Good to have SQL or general database querying knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other technology related fields
• 7+ years of expertise in QA Testing and experience in developing test plans, test suites and test execution
• 6 years of defect management, defect triaging, defect remediation and root cause reporting
• 5 + years of hosting and coordinating QA activities between business, IT team and other partners
• 4+ years of testing center of excellence, with deep understanding of QA planning, execution, and reporting
• Minimum 3 years of experience or exposure to PeopleSoft application is required
• Demonstrated experience with Agile, hybrid-agile and waterfall methodologies.
