  • Maintain all Customer specific correspondence (complaints and/or specific information).
  • Maintain the Employee Training Tracker.
  • Communicate with plant management on employee training needs.
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Maintain BRC documentation and prepare files for storage.
  • Prepare monthly Food Safety Meeting report and presentation.
  • Distribute NR's as they come in and maintain database.
  • Prepare and distribute ORP data report for plant management.
  • Maintain all department manuals and forms as directed.
  • Assist in program reviews and audit preparation (BRC, Animal Welfare, PVP and other 3rd party audits as they arise).
  • Schedule all internal BRC , Animal Welfare and PVP audits.
  • Prepare reports as needed for QA Management.
  • Maintain proper supply of required QA Forms.
  • Complete required Pre-shipment reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
