Our client, an industry leader in quality assurance and manufacturing, is seeking a QA Assistant to join their team. As a QA Assistant, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** QA Assistant **Location:** Anacortes, WA **Pay Range:18.90** **Shift:** Monday through Friday Day shift **What's the Job?** + Assist QC Inspectors and management with routine quality control tasks + Check inspection points and conduct product sampling + Perform pre- and post-operational sanitation inspections + Take protein swabs of production lines to ensure quality standards + Maintain boot wash stations and support production operations as needed **What's Needed?** + Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely + Comfortable using a tablet for data entry and inspections + Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English + Training will be provided to develop necessary skills + Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in quality control or assurance **What's in it for me?** + Hourly wage of $18.90 per hour, DOE, plus overtime as required + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance + Paid Vacation and Sick Leave + Paid Holidays + 401(k) Retirement Plan **Upon completion of waiting period, associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
