The QA Analyst works cross-functionally with QA Leads, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and fully validated. This role plays a critical part in identifying defects early, mitigating risks, and maintaining quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Validate migrated print trails, document templates, and e-delivery configurations against business and technical requirements
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail, ensuring clear documentation and timely resolution
Partner with Business Analysts and Technical Project Managers to align test coverage with user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery scope
Prepare and manage test data, environments, and supporting documentation for test execution
Participate in test planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and defect triage, providing insight into quality risks and release readiness
Ensure comprehensive test coverage and proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks
Contribute to QA automation efforts where applicable
Validate outputs against regulatory and audit requirements, particularly within healthcare communications
Provide clear reporting on test execution progress, defect trends, and overall release readiness
3+ years of experience in QA or software testing within enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with QA and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail)
Experience with document composition tools (e.g., Quadient, SmartComm), e-delivery platforms (e.g., Acoustic, Salesforce UCS), or print workflows is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute structured testing processes
Experience working in Agile environments preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate defects, risks, and quality concerns
