Work Type: Full time, onsite, direct hire

Compensation: $70k-75k/year

Responsibilities

  • Solicit bids from subcontractors for new and ongoing projects
  • Pre-qualify subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance standards
  • Set up and monitor option costs and sales pricing
  • Maintain and update current budgets
  • Analyze revised bids and obtain approvals for any cost increases
  • Prepare direct cost analyses and variance reports for review
  • Input and manage original direct cost budgets
  • Execute lot starts and perform final reviews of all unit costs
  • Track blueprints and manage design change updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university OR
  • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
