Purchasing and Sales for Industrial Distributor: 
  • Part-time or Full-time availability
Task responsibilities:
  • Receiving Inventory (Inventory Receipts)
  • Purchasing Inventory (Placing Purchase orders with vendors/manufacturers) 
  • Purchase Requisitions
  • Order Tracking
  • Ability to use Vendor Portals 
  • Packing Lists (Coordinating with shipping personal) 
  • Vendor/Manufacturer Communications
  • Communication with Customers (Customer Service)
Necessary Qualifications/Qualities:
  • Highly detail-oriented and thorough. 
  • Ability to adapt, and act fast and appropriately. 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills necessary
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Assertive
  • Strong Phone skills
  • Marketing skills a plus 
  • Strong computer skills necessary
  • Some knowledge of QuickBooks program a plus 
  • Able to receive and incorporate constructive feedback
  • Ability to learn quickly
