Position Overview<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

As a Pulmonary Function Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high -quality diagnostic respiratory care. You’ll perform Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) with a strong emphasis on precision, patient comfort, and clinical excellence while partnering closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes & ensure all testing aligns with established quality standards.<\/span><\/span>

• Perform comprehensive pulmonary function testing with attention to accuracy and patient care<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain and uphold quality control standards and department protocols<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support and communicate with patients and families using empathy and professionalism, especially during stressful situations<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Accurately document and manage patient information using electronic health systems<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Contribute to a culture focused on safety, excellence, and compassionate service<\/span><\/span>

  What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of Pulmonary Function Testing experience, including quality control practices<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong understanding of quality control practices<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • CRT or RRT credential through the NBRC<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Active Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license required<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • BLS certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Registered Pulmonary Therapist designation preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
