Puerto 27 is seeking experienced, professional servers to join our team. We are a busy oceanfront Peruvian restaurant and pisco bar known for fresh ceviche, craft cocktails, and warm hospitality.

We are looking for team members who are energetic, reliable, and passionate about great food and guest service. We are a family run Peruvian restaurant and are looking for individuals who can grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests in a fast-paced environment
  

• Guide guests through our menu including ceviches, seafood dishes, and craft cocktails
  

• Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, and bar offerings
  

• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
  

• Deliver a welcoming and professional dining experience
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a server

• Strong communication and hospitality skills
  

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
  

• Interest in Peruvian cuisine and cocktail culture is a plus
