- Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, Georgia Bar admission, and 1-3 years of substantive public finance experience.
- Strong skills in drafting, communication, and organization are essential, along with a client-service mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal workflows, interfacing with clients and stakeholders, supporting senior attorneys, and contributing to business development.
