Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Patient Access Central (PTAC) Unit Reports Analyst who will be responsible for working various Patient Access reports for multiple facilities. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking phenomenal addition like you. We want you to apply today!

What you will do in this role:

You will work the following Patient Access Reports:

BILL09

Pre-Service Log

Unbilled

eRequest PAD and PA BILL ALERT PAD Queues

BatchNet HPF Queues

  • Ensure reports are kept current so that billing is not delayed and accounts are not escalated.
  • Notify PTAC Operations Manager of any high dollar or aged accounts that need management intervention.
  • Work with facility PTAC Leadership on account resolution.
  • Log errors in a consistent format so that they can be analyzed for trends.
  • Assist PTAC Operations Manager with identifying common errors so that feedback may be provided back to the facility Patient Access Directors

What qualifications you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience required, preferably in healthcare, relevant education may substitute experience requirement
