Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTAs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Acute Care partners in Lafayette, LA. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver hands-on physical therapy services to patients with diverse rehabilitative and functional needs.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, and the care team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Assist in providing therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive equipment training, and activities to improve daily living skills.
  • Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to interventions as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, home modifications, and techniques to enhance independence and safety.
  • Ensure care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, therapy guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Louisiana
  • 1+ year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
  • BLS required
  • Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
