PT Supervisor – Outpatient Orthopedics

$100,000 base salary + performance bonus (up to $25,000)
Our client is a respected orthopedic practice specializing in total joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma care. Their outpatient physical therapy clinic is an essential extension of their comprehensive services—and they’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Supervisor to help lead the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PT who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is ready to step into a leadership role without stepping away from direct patient care.
What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic environment
Supervise and support a team of four experienced Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Promote a collaborative and positive workplace culture focused on quality care
Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families to support optimal outcomes
Monitor clinic operations for compliance, efficiency, and consistency of care
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient progress
What You Bring
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting (orthopedic preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities; prior supervisory experience a plus but not required
