ESSENTIALJOBRESPONSIBILITIES
SALESGENERATION
- Meetpersonalandstoresalesgoals
- Continuetodeveloppersonalsalestechniquesandassistinthedevelopmentofassociates’salestechniquestomaximizesales
- Utilizeelevatedlevelsofsalesandservicetomaximizesalesperformance
- Demonstrateanin-depthknowledgeofthemerchandise
- Afterclosing a sale,monitor alldetailsincluding:shipping,alterations(ifapplicable),andspecialrequeststoensurecustomersatisfaction
- Ensureallsalesrelatedpoliciesandproceduresaremaintained
- Maintain a keeninterestinthefashionindustryandmarkettrends
CUSTOMERSERVICE
- Supportandencouragestafftoprovidethehighestlevelofcustomerservice
- Buildandmaintainrepeatclientelebyutilizingpersonalclientbookandassistingstaffwithutilizingtheirclientbooks
- Resolveallclientproblemsandcomplaintsquicklyandeffectively,ensuringclientsatisfaction
- Assistsalesassociateswithvariouscustomerserviceissues(i.e.dissatisfiedcustomer,returns,defectivemerchandise)
OPERATIONS
- Collaborate with store manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventorymanagement
- Assistinthetrainingofsalesstaffinallareasofappropriateregisterusageandmaintenance
- Understandandproperlyexecuteallmanagementregister functions
- Assistinallareasofstock,shipping,receivingprotocol/policies,procedures,andallshipping/receivingrelatedpaperwork
- Participateininventories
- OnlyapplicableforOffsitedrivers:ResponsiblefordrivingproducttoandfromtheOffsitelocationonanasneededbasis
MERCHANDISING/VISUAL
- Ensurethesellingfloorisneat,organized,stockedandreflectsthecorrectvisualimageatalltimes
- Assistintheimplementationandmaintenanceofallmerchandising/visualdirectives
- Ensuredeliveriesareproperlyprocessedin a timelymanner
- Identifyproductconcernsin a timelymanner
- Communicateinventoryneedstosupportthebusinessgoal
HUMANRESOURCES
- Ensureimageandgroomingstandardsareprofessionalandreflectiveofthebrandimage,atalltimes
- Adheretoworkschedule,inclusiveoftimeandattendance
- Supportandassistinfollow-upforalltrainingprogramsandseminars
WORK EXPERIENCE
