Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation

JOB OBJECTIVE FOR PLAYGROUND PROGRAM PERSONNEL: To provide supervision, instruction, counseling, and coaching to participants in activities at community centers and/or the assigned schools in the Little Rock School District.

This position is designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid Arkansas Drivers License (Southwest Community Center Only)
• Must have a year of paid experience (full-time or part-time) working with children
• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screen (Southwest Community Center Only)
