Serve as CTtransit’s data analyst in operations analysis tracking, reporting, and support to assist in successful service delivery to achieve established goals, performance expectations set forth by the AGM of Transit Services.
This position reports directly to the Operations Performance Manager. The position is responsible for data collection, analysis, tracking and reporting as it relates to transit operations, transit service delivery, including managing agency-wide National Transit Database (NTD) reporting.Job Type: Part-Time
