Works under the direction of the Director of Information Technology. Responsible for providing a full range of support for the technical assistance to CTtransit computers systems users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for users in person, via phone or from a remote location. Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, e-mail, desktop applications and phone system. Perform installation of operating system, applications, and management of operating system software. Monitor for and assist in the removal of viruses in the computing environment. Prepare new computer systems or upgrade current systems as needed. Maintain an accurate inventory for computer systems company wide. Perform all other duties as may be assigned or requested.Job Type: Part-Time
