CoreMedical Group Perm is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a job in Elwood, Kansas.

Would look at PTs with acute care and outpatient clinic experience. Would look at new grads with the right attitude as well.
Home Health PT
Having a tough time recruiting due to location in St. Joseph, MO
Salary: $90k-$100k
Mileage reimbursement offered
Full-time, 40 hours per week with a weekend call rotation. Productivity depends on the visit type. Expectations: 2 SOCs per day, 1 SOC and 3 evaluations per day, or 5 evaluations per day.
$10k sign-on bonus currently being offered. Maybe use that as a last resort to sweeten the pot for a candidate and don't mention it off the bat.
Join a stable and growing home health team serving patients across an 8-county region surrounding St. Joseph, MO. This role offers a mix of autonomy and flexibility while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.
