Full or part-time hair stylist position at a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established client base.

We offer a competitive compensation structure aimed at providing the highest "effective wage" in the market, averaging $31.26/hr last week (select salons), including base pay, product commissions, productivity, and tips. No staff earns less than $20/hr.

Benefits include a $300 signing bonus and ongoing virtual and hands-on training.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients on hairstyle options
• Listening to clients' preferences
• Describing hair care products and benefits
• Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair

• Requirements:

• Valid barber or cosmetology license
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, blow-dryers (helpful)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset and keen eye for design
