SUMMARY OF FUNCTION: The Front Desk Attendants are responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors to the Residence Halls. Included are greetings, receiving IDs from visitors, checking those visitors into a database to maintain an accurate account of who is in the buildings, and answering questions. In addition, provide clerical assistance, and maintain compliance with FERPA regulations, and all AWC policies and procedures.
