Job Description
Salary: $16.34 per hour
Benefits: This is a part-time state position that provides a percentage of matching contributions to employees' retirement plans, 11 holidays, and a minimum of 15 days of annual and sick leave per year. The state also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.
Basic Purpose: This position is responsible for the daily food preparation for students attending Sooner Job Challenge Program of three meals per day, seven days per week. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability is required to carry out routine tasks to completion; to follow oral and written instructions and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
Education and Experience: Minimum of six (6) months in a commercial or institutional food service operation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Licenses/Certificates required: Valid Oklahoma Driver's license and ability to obtain a Food handler's permit

Notes: This position is located at Sooner Job Challenge in Oklahoma City, OK. Travel may be required at the expense of the employee to be reimbursed within 45 days of travel.
