Job Summary:
The Enrollment Systems Support Specialist assists Enrollment Services with the maintenance, configuration, testing, documentation, and operational support of enrollment systems. This position works under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Systems to support system operations, data integrity, and continuous improvement of enrollment systems and processes. The role helps create a better enrollment experience for students, faculty, and staff by combining thoughtful system support, data stewardship, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with configuring and maintaining Slate forms, communications, portals, workflows, queries, and other system components
Execute test scenarios and document results to support system validation and quality assurance
Maintain system documentation, procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources
Perform data validation, cleanup, and maintenance activities to support data integrity across enrollment systems
Monitor reports, identify exceptions, document issues, and assist with issue resolution
Assist with data imports, exports, and file preparation following established procedures
Assist with reporting requests, data validation, and reconciliation activities
Assist with maintaining multilingual system resources, translations, labels, and related documentation
Assist Enrollment Services with operational processes, data entry, and related support needs, as assigned
Document issues, proposed solutions, and process improvements
Collaborate with Enrollment Services staff, Information Technology, and external vendors to resolve system and data issues
Research system functionality and best practices to support continuous improvement
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Enrollment Systems or VP of Enrollment Services

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Experience with student information systems, CRM systems, or related technology preferred; familiarity with Technolutions Slate, Anthology Student, or Workday Student is a plus
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
One to two years of experience in higher education, administrative support, data management, technology support, or a related field preferred
Eligible to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
