Seeking a Part-Time Dock Supervisor at our South Bend, IN terminal for 25 hours/week, starting at 5:00am, with pay of $27.52/hour.
Responsibilities include organizing the dock, supervising dockworkers, managing loads, ensuring safety, on-time deliveries, and efficient operations. Must be forklift certified, capable of performing all terminal operations, and work floor duties.
Qualifications include supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and problem-solving skills, physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and certification in forklift safety.
Work involves physical tasks, operating motorized equipment, and working in various environmental conditions. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
