This role involves providing fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Greet customers, engage politely, and use their names when possible.
• Ensure accurate and prompt checkout and office functions, including cash handling and transactions like Western Union and Coinstar.
• Maintain a clean and organized front end area and ensure all register and service functions operate smoothly.
• Assist with sales associate and customer lead tasks as needed to meet service standards.
• Report register issues, ensure kiosk functionality, and follow safety and dress code policies.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
