PT Customer Service Leader

This role involves supporting retail front-end operations, including cashier, service desk, and kiosk functions, with a focus on excellent customer service and safety standards.

• Maintain a neat appearance, follow policies, and assist with special projects.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and service desk duties; support store safety and security.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
• Handle cash, verify IDs, and process refunds accurately.
• Supervise and coordinate associate tasks to meet customer traffic needs.
• Must meet physical requirements, possess effective communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn multiple tasks.
  

• Salary ranges from $17.35 to $24.75 per hour, with equal opportunity employment policies in place.
