This role focuses on delivering fast, friendly, and flexible customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, engaging with them politely, and ensuring accurate and prompt service.
- Assist with store office functions such as cash reports, deposits, and transactions like Western Union and Coinstar.
- Maintain a clean, organized front end area and ensure all equipment and KIOSK are operational.
- Perform register functions and support sales associates and customer leads as needed.
- Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to dress code, safety policies, and complete required training.
Additional duties include supporting team members, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies to provide excellent customer service.
