Position: Student Services Coordinator, Program for Adaptive Learning (PAL)
Location: PAL program located at Sandy Hook Elementary School
Starting Date: August 17, 2026
Salary Range: Placement on the appropriate degree lane and salary step in accordance with Newtown Federation of Teachers contract linked here
The Program for Adaptive Learning (PAL) Student Services Coordinator supports the implementation of evidence-based instructional and behavioral practices while assisting staff in maintaining compliant, organized, and student-centered special education programming in conjunction with the Assistant Principal. This role serves as a collaborative support to the PAL team through coaching, consultation, systems coordination, facilitation of team processes, and oversight of special education timelines and documentation requirements.
