Psychiatry, PMHNP (unique night shift)

Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a unique night shift role that is split between our Adult and Pediatric Inpatient Services. This is opportunity requires candidates to have experience in both areas.

Details:

• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 12a-8a, on-site
• Candidates must have solid clinical, teaching, and leadership skills and be able to function as a resource and preceptor for fellow staff
• Collaborate with the Medical Directors of the Adult and Pediatric Inpatient Services as well as other psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and techs
• Perform diagnostic evaluations, initiate treatment interventions, provide follow-up evaluations as indicated, and lead interdisciplinary team meetings
