Position OverviewA Staff Psychiatrist opportunity is available at a West County Adult Outpatient Clinic in San Pablo, CA. This is a stable, team-based outpatient role focused on providing high-quality psychiatric care to an established adult patient population.

Job Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult patients
- Provide ongoing medication management and treatment planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, case managers, and nursing staff
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in SmartCare EMR
- Support continuity of care for an established outpatient panel
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
Qualifications- MD or DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification required
- Prior outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Working Hours- Monday–Friday schedule
- Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available
- No call, nights, or weekends
Skills- Expertise in adult psychiatric care and medication management
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Experience with SmartCare EMR preferred
