As a Registered Nurse in the Psychiatric Unit, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, providing both direct and indirect care to patients and their families. Your role will involve maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, contributing to individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions that support patient recovery.

• Provide high-quality care in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
• Utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions
• Engage in crisis management and de-escalation techniques
• Demonstrate effective communication and team-building skills
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• MA RN license required
• CPR certification required
• Must be willing to float and take charge
