Job DutiesThe Direct Service Associate III is directly accountable to the LPN RN I RN II RN MGR I for the provision of direct care to mentally ill patients in an assigned unit according to the philosophy and objectives of Eastern State Hospital Department of Nursing and the Hospitals mission goals and objectives.

Shifts are as follows 300pm-1130pm two 8-hour shifts 700pm-730am two 12-hour shifts

Minimum Qualifications• Valid drivers license or must be able to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Additional Considerations• Experience working directly with individuals with challenging mental health and behavior issues in a public residential or psychiatric hospital is preferred.
