Psychiatric Technician

Full Job Description
We are seeking a Psychiatric Technician to join our Behavioral Health team at Bentworth High School and Middle School. This is a full-time opportunity providing direct support to students during their school day.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field (Master’s level internship/practicum opportunities also available
• Child abuse clearance, criminal background check, and FBI clearances

Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health services including individual and group therapy sessions for students
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and treatment
• Collaborate with fellow psychiatric technicians and supervising physician to meet client needs
• Communicate effectively with school staff while advocating for students
• Connect students with resources to help them achieve personal goals

Additional Details:

• No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
• Clinical supervision available for LCSW and LPC (no contract requirement)
