Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license.
• Certifications Requirements: Valid Texas Nursing License, CPR certification, and SAMA certification (preferred but can be provided by facility).
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric RN experience, with experience supporting outpatient clinics or crisis intervention.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, weekend rotations, and support a fast-paced mental health setting; reliable transportation within 35-40 minutes of the facility; strong communication and crisis management skills.
