Opportunity Details:
We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join Arrowhead Behavioral Health, a specialized inpatient psychiatric hospital in Toledo, OH. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package and a strong clinical support structure, allowing you to concentrate on delivering expert care to adults with psychiatric and substance use disorders alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Quick Facts
Employment Type: Full-time, Employed
Schedule: Monday Friday, day shifts (hours flexible) with some weekend coverage.
Call: Rotating weekend and nighttime patient call consultations for medication adjustments, and admissions orders.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatric and substance use disorder care to adult inpatients
Perform psychiatric evaluations, develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and behavioral health specialists
Manage medication therapy and patient monitoring
Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Active or eligible Ohio state licensure
Minimum 2-5 years post-certification experience preferred, especially in adult inpatient psychiatry and substance use treatment
DEA license and required certifications current
