Patient Focus See a manageable volume with 30-45 minute new patient evaluations and 20-30 minute follow-ups.
Work-Life Balance No weekends or late evenings standard 8-5 business hours with a dedicated lunch hour.
The Role We are seeking a compassionate PMHNP to provide outpatient psychiatric services to a mid-age population (18-60). Your primary focus will be the diagnosis and medication management of Anxiety & Depression, ADHD, Mood Disorders, and related behavioral health conditions.
Qualifications Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Texas State License Experience or strong interest in an integrated primary care setting Must love building long-term relationships with patients and possess excellent clinical bedside manner
