Compensation: $85.00 per hour

Position Summary
This Advanced Practice Provider (APP) role provides comprehensive care for patients receiving treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and recovery-focused services. The ideal candidate has experience in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Addiction Medicine, Community Health, Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Substance Abuse Treatment, or Recovery Services, and is passionate about helping individuals achieve long-term recovery.
Required Qualifications
Current and active Oregon Nurse Practitioner (NP), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license.
Current DEA registration with Schedule II-V prescribing authority.
Ability to prescribe buprenorphine in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Active Medicare and Medicaid credentialing.
Minimum two years of experience in Addiction Medicine, Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Substance Abuse Treatment, Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Community Health, or Recovery Services.
