Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for residents in long -term care environments.<\/span>

Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s clinical needs.<\/span>

Oversee medication management, track patient response, and revise treatment strategies when necessary.<\/span>

Partner with an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to ensure well -coordinated, whole -person care.<\/span>

Deliver therapeutic interventions, including counseling and psychotherapy when appropriate.<\/span>

Educate patients and their families on psychiatric conditions, treatment expectations, medication compliance, and wellness practices.<\/span>

Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation within the EHR system.<\/span>

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement efforts that support clinical excellence.<\/span>

Active <\/span><\/span>New York State Nurse Practitioner license<\/span><\/span><\/b> with <\/span><\/span>PMHNP certification<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

Annual salary ranging from $155,000 – $190,000 depending on experience.<\/span>
