TeamHealth is seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care in an outpatient, integrated behavioral health setting. This role collaborates closely with primary care clinicians to support whole-person care. Estimated compensation range of $135,000 - $165,000 annually with no cap on productivity income
Schedule- Monday - Thursday: Clinical hours (rotating remote days)
- Friday: Administrative day
- No weekends, nights, or on-call
Responsibilities- Perform psychiatric evaluations and DSM-based diagnoses
- Manage medications and treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure timely, compliant documentation
- Support crisis triage and referrals as needed
Qualifications- Licensed PMHNP (or APRN/PA with psychiatric training) in NC
- DEA registration
- 2+ years psychiatric experience preferred
