Assignment Details
Full-time contract opportunities available
Initial 16-week assignments with extension options
8-hour and 12-hour shifts based on facility scheduling needs
Rotating weekend schedule required
Opportunities available at inpatient behavioral health facilities throughout North Carolina
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, patient-focused care while assisting with daily living activities
Maintain assigned patient observation levels and help ensure a safe therapeutic environment
Encourage positive patient interactions through effective communication and supportive care
Accurately document patient observations, care provided, and changes in condition
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans
Perform delegated patient care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of one year of recent inpatient healthcare experience
Ability to successfully complete required background screenings, drug testing, credential verification, and competency assessments
